General Hospital preview video for the week of July 18, 2022, suggests a tense end to Esme’s troubles. It looks like the town is after her now that Trina’s trial has begun. Spencer and Curtis are on the run to find ways in which Trina could be saved. Meanwhile, Esme is worried that she will be accused and will have to face jail time. In the middle of this chaos, Ava offers her money in exchange for a signed confession. It looks like Esme will reject the deal. However, if she does end up taking Spencer’s deal with the intention of knowing about her real mother, she may meet a disappointing end. What will all happen? Here is all about it.
Walls Are Closing In On Esme
General Hospital spoilers are here and they reveal that things are getting grim for Esme. Spoilers say that Esme will try to keep all her secrets intact as the walls close in on her. Previously, we saw that Trina Robinson knew from the bartender about Esme’s burner phone. Esme has begged him to cover for her, however, it is likely that the bartender would pay no heed to her requests and fend for himself.
Meanwhile, Spencer is trying his best to save Trina. He needs to do everything he can to save her in time as the trial has begun. Later in the preview, we see Spencer deliver big news to Nikolas Cassadine and his wife Ava Jerome. At that moment, spoilers reveal that we will now begin to witness the trial of Trina Robinson in court. Curtis and Spencer are on the lookout for ways in which they can help her win her case.

According to the latest General Hospital spoilers, Ava has offered Esme a lucky escape from jail time. It looks like she can name a magic number and have it – all in exchange for a signed confession. Esme will refuse to admit her guilt or accept this larger-than-life deal.
Meanwhile, Spencer is hoping for a better solution for a similar plan. He believes to win her acceptance with the chance to get Esme to meet her birth mother. However, despite his full proof plan, Spencer is missing the most important part of the deal – Ryan Chamberlain. It looks like Esme will eventually seek Ryan’s help in order to check if Spencer’s claims are indeed correct.
Esme And Ava’s Big Confrontation, Esme Exposes The Big Secret
In one part of town, Esme is trying to secure the DNA samples he needs in order to get a fake confirmation and prove that he has found Esme’s mother. In the middle of this drama, he has roped in Ava and Jerome as well. We know Ava will support his plans if it will help get Trina off the hook.
However, Nikolas may be sceptical of Spencer’s plan. He might worry about it not working and later, Esme’s retaliation could make things worse. Now, to make things worse, now that Esme can’t be shielded by Spencer, she may end up revealing their night of romance to everyone, ruining Nikolas and Ava’s marriage. If Esme does take the deal and realises Spencer has betrayed her, she will have all the more reason to spill the secret.
