General Hospital viewers who are keeping up would have noticed a suspicious person lurking around in the recent episode. While Curtis and Portia spoke about Curtis’s past and his life as a child, Robert Gossett entered the soap opera as a mystery stalker.
So, who is this person? As the latest speculation has it, this person might be Curtis’s father, who he believes is dead. But how will the storyline roll out here?

In the recent General Hospital episode, viewers got to see Curtis and Portia as they talked about how Curtis’s home life was chaotic when he was little. He told Portia it was because of Stella Henry that he came across some very beautiful things like art. He described that Stella used to take Curtis to all the museums and great places that brought him closer to art. In the same conversation, Curtis told Portia that his earliest memories of his parents are the happy ones.

Since he bailed on his family, it is possible that his aunt and mum lied to the kids, telling them that the Dad had a heart attack. Curtis had also mentioned how his mother never really recovered.
So, it is possible that she wasn’t dealing with the grief of losing a partner, but it was abandonment instead. She was never the same after she realized that her husband had left the family. Especially because she blamed herself for his mistakes.
