Fast & Furious 9 has indeed witnessed more delays than anyone would have expected. The release date for the upcoming movie was shifted twice, all thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, now the franchise is putting its foot down and we know that Fast & Furious 9 is happening. Also, the trailer for Fast & Furious 9 is out and it does give us a lot to talk about indeed. Trailer Is Out!

The new Fast and Furious 9 trailer is out and it gives us the dose the action that we were all clearly were waiting for. Just like all the other Fast and Furious movies, this one will also bring in the top-notch action that is quite the trademark. Over the years, these guys have become to superheroes and the new trailer quite rightfully establishes that no one can hurt them no matter what the situation might be.

The almost four-minute-long trailer for Fast & Furious 9 initially plays out like a movie before they switch into the generic trailer feel. The trailer does set the tone of where the upcoming installment will go. It will pick up exactly where the eighth installment left. The trailer sets up that Dom’s brother Jakob Toretto has got his hands on some MacGuffin and now it will apparently go into space and launch itself. Yes, you read that right, Fast and Furious 9 will take us to space. Not just that, someone from the dead will also come alive in the upcoming installment. Check out the trailer here-

What More Do We Know About Fast & Furious 9?

Along with Vin Diesel, Sung Kang, and John Cena who will come in to play their character Dom, Jakob Toretto, and Han Lue. Fast and Furious will see Michaelle Rodriguez who will play the character of Dom’s wife- Letty Ortiz. Joining them will be Tyrese Gibson who will play Roman Pearce, Jordana Brewster who will play Dom’s sister Mia Toretto, Ludacris as Tej Parker, Nathalie Emanuel as Megan Ramsey, Helen Mirren as Magdalene Shawm Lucas Black as Sean Boswell, Anna Sawai as Elle, Bow Wow as Twinkie and Jason Tobin as Earl Hu.

The list does not end here, interestingly Vin Diesel’s son, the 10-year-old- Vincent Sinclair will make his acting debut with Fast & Furious 9. He will play the character of his father’s much-loved characters’ younger version. Reports suggest that the kid had filmed all his scenes back in 2019.

As for behind the scenes, Justin Lin will be back in the director’s seat. This will happen the first time since Fast & Furious 6 released. Lin along with Daniel Casey has also written the screenplay for F9. Neal H. Moritz, Joe Roth, Jeff Kirschenbaum, Samantha Vincent, Clayton Townsend, and Justin Lin are the producers of the movie.

After a lot of delays because of you know who, the release date for Fast & Furious 9 is out. The movie is releasing on different dates in different parts of the world. Fast & Furious 9 will release in The US on June 25, 2021, on May 19 in South Korea, July 8 in the UK.
