Jaz and Nesha have become the newest cast members to join the 1000 Lb franchise. After introducing fans to sisters Amy and Tammy, best friends, Vanessa, Meghan, Tina, and Asheky, TLC has brought forward roommates. Everyone is getting to see their journey in the brand new show. While they have been there for eachother through thick and thin, there are some low moments between the two.
For instance, issues came up when Jaz, Nesha, and another one of her friends decided to go for a weekend getaway for a birthday celebration. But hell broke loose when things instantly began to go wrong as soon as they set foot in their destination. Well, fans couldn’t help but draw parallels to how Jaz was behaving with another member from the franchise, Tammy Slaton! What did she do?

The new star from 1000 Lb Roomies decided to share how her weight loss journey has been so far. She admitted to going along with the latest fads. This included water aerobics, crash diets, and even taking some pills because they seemed “plausible.” She revealed in an interview that she would go for things that seemed “quick and fast” to her. Even if she lost like 40 Lbs, she would instantly gain double back.
Jaz also ended up revealing that she weighed the most at 670 Lbs. Alas, every time she tried to lose weight, it was of no use. That’s because she never used to be serious about the nutrients to put in her body, as well as the medications. Then she would self-sabotage by thinking things wouldn’t work for her. Despite multiple warnings from the doctors, Jaz had to get hospitalised for neglecting herself.

In the latest episode of 1000 Lb Roomies, tensions were at an all-time high. Jaz was too tired and had immense pain in her muscles to move out of the car. She and her friends, along with Nesha, had come for a weekend getaway to Big Bear, California. As soon as they reached their destination, Jaz began to cry. Fans thought it was very similar to how 1000 Lb Sisters star Tammy would behave in her show.
Many viewers didn’t understand the point of Jaz’s breakdown. They said she could have rested inside the room, but she made a fuss about getting out of the car. Nesha wasn’t having it. She pointed out that she drove them here, unpacked and packed everything, put in a lot of physical work, but Jaz couldn’t do as much as step into their stay for the weekend. The fanbase was divided.
While some said Jaz was being unrealistic, just as Tammy used to be during family vacations when she was immobile and heavy. Others believed that Nesha was a bit too harsh on Jaz and she should have been a bit kinder as she was already having troubles in her weight loss journey. What side are you on?
