Reality TV star Amy Slaton shocked her fans with her arrest in September 2024. Although she pleaded not guilty to court during the first hearing, she confessed to the charges made against her. She was arrested for carrying illegal possessions alongside her kids in her vehicle in a Tennessee safari park in Crockett County.
The cops spotted psychedelic mushrooms and marijuana in plain sight. Amy was cleared of all her legal charges as she has not been served a prison sentence. Her child endangerment and abuse charges were also dropped. However, the judge only asked her to finish a drug and alcohol program, including a $500 fee. She was also told not to contact the safari park where he was arrested.

However, what caught fans’ attention and upset them was the sight of Brian smoking a cigarette indoors in front of Amy’s sons. It’s known that passive smoke is hazardous since it can cause multiple health problems. Therefore, many fans slammed both Amy and Brian for playing with innocent kids’ lives again.
One of the fans wrote that they smoke outside even when it rains the worst because it’s trashy to do it indoors. Another person called Amy “ignorant” and “uneducated” since she lacked the qualities of a decent parent. They believed she had engaged herself in child abuse like a scum.
