1000 Lb SIsters: Amy Slaton Says She Has Retired!
Amy’s elder sister and co-star on the TLC show Tammy has remained around several controversies since the previous season. She’s been getting a lot of hate for her recent actions, and her relationship has constantly been in the public eye. On the other hand, Amy has been getting nothing but love, especially after baby Gage was born. Her sweet little family is now a fan-favorite one, and fans can’t wait to see them on screen again. However, Amy just posted that she had retired.
Well, there’s no need to worry as Amy is not actually retiring from her career. In fact, she’s looking forward to doing more things in life. However, the confusion started from the caption of her post, “Fat amy retried [retired]. It’s skinny amy now..” The 1000 Lb Sisters star was meaning to say that her previous self, who was overweight, is gone, and she is now proud of her current weight. Amy also showed off her new look, including her skinny self and blue-dyed pixie cut. Fans were happy to know that their favorite TV star is progressing in her weight loss journey.
Will Amy Slaton Be On 1000 Lb Sisters Season 3?
Now that the retirement misunderstanding is under the wrap, will Amy be on the new season of the TLC reality series? Well, the answer is an absolute yes! In fact, she and her entire family is already filming for the upcoming installment. Her sister Tammy previously confirmed being in the new season. Whereas, some pictures of their half-brother Chris Combs shooting for Season 3 were also leaked. Along with Amy and her husband Michael Halterman, we’d also see a new celebrity joining the cast.
Amy and Michael’s little celebrity, Gage Halterman, will also be in Season 3 of 1000 Lb Sisters. Fans already love him so much and will get to see him growing up on the show. As of now, the cast may take a while to complete filming for the new episodes. Hence, it might only hit the screens sometime around January 2022.
