In episode 4 of 1000 Lb Sisters Season 7, Tammy, Chris, Amanda, and Misty meet in a park to interact with Amy. As Amy joined the group by sitting on the bench, Amanda groped her with her words. She told her that they were interested in knowing her current situation after the drug arrest.
Amy mistook Amanda’s tone and thought she was trying to do an interrogation. Since she refused to answer her questions, she took a dramatic leave. She got up in a fury and stormed out of the meeting. She informed the Slatons, Combs, and Haltermans that she had finished the discussion and wouldn’t return.
Within minutes, Amanda also left the meeting. Amy quickly frustrated her. Chris tried his best to pull Amy back into the interaction. However, Amanda avoided them, saying what Amy did was wrong. She clarified to her that it wasn’t supposed to be an intervention. She pointed out that she has a habit of doing it often.
Yet Amy kept firm on her stance. Later, Amanda admitted that she was angry at how Amy shouted at her. Hence, she felt the need to leave the place immediately so that other family members could manage her whims.
