It has only been a few months since the couple tied the knot in November 2022. Now, they are no longer together.
The 1000 Lb Sisters side castmate, Caleb, made a post on Instagram, saying that he wants people to delete and unfollow him. He put out this message for the people who began following him after finding out about him through the show. He expressed being “hurt, confused, and feeling alone even with other people being around him.” At last, Caleb said that Tammy and he are married “only on paper,” and the decision to part ways was “hers,” not his. But he tried ending the post on a good note by being thankful for all the support.

Hence, all these hints are proof that the couple hasn’t been able to sort through their marriage mess. However, Tammy has not yet made any updates about her relationship status.
Reports said that Caleb had plans to move with his wife to Kentucky in their marriage. But once Tammy left rehab after 14 months, his husband couldn’t come with her. He continued to stay in Ohio’s rehab despite saying that he will follow her. So, all these things were hinting that the couple has been having problems in their marriage for a long time.
