1000 Lb Sisters: Amy & Tammy’s Family Gets Their Hands On An Awkward English Dessert!
An exclusive clip shared by ET from 1000 Lb Sisters showed Amy, Tammy, Chris, Brittany, and Amanda at a restaurant in London. As the siblings sat across from each other, a British man treated them to a new English dessert. The man introduced the dessert as “spotted d*ck.”
The name left everyone in shock as they looked at each other. Amanda repeatedly said, “What, d*ck, spotted d*ck?” She then added, “Baby, I need that in my life.” Through a private confessional video, the man explained to viewers that the dessert was a traditional English treat. It includes a lovely sponge with currants or raisins paired with vanilla custard.
The dessert sparked jokes from everyone except Brittany. Tammy later admitted that Brittany kept quiet while others got swayed by the humor. Amanda took the first bite at the restaurant, followed by the rest of the group. Amy, in particular, asked the British man if he enjoys the traditional dessert.
The man replied that he doesn’t like nuts, which are typically included in spotted d*ck. Despite not being impressed by the name of their treat, they were surprised by its delicious taste. Amy exclaimed, “This d*ck is the best thing I ate in London so far.” Overall, the siblings enjoyed the creamy dessert, regardless of its sweetness.
