The Slaton sisters generally receive ample amounts of hate for almost everything they do. However, there are plenty of people who are very supportive of them too. In the previous season of 1000 Lb Sisters, Tammy Slaton announced that she’s pansexual and has been supporting the LGBTQ+ community ever since. Fans showered her with love after she came out to her family and had been empowering her since then. Yet, one of her recent videos was heavily criticized for being explicit and vulgar. After getting a lot of negative comments, the TV star decided to justify herself. Hence, here’s what she had to say.

1000 Lb Sisters: Tammy Shares Explicit & Vulgar Video, Fans Call It “Gross”

The 1000 Lb Sisters receive plenty of hate almost every day, but they also get as much love and support from fans. However, there are a few moments when not everyone relates to their actions. Such is one of her recent videos, where things got a little out of hand. Ever since Tammy announced that she’s pansexual, people came to support her and showered her with love. She has been posting many things related to the LBBTQ+ community and has been an active part of them. The young TV star is keen to support her fellow members of the community and friends.

She recently reshared a music video by musician Charlie Xile and wrote in the caption “Let’s star supporting LGBTQ artist[s]”. The original video has almost 70,000 views and has a huge following by now. However, the song included several slang words, including its title “Pu**y C**t” which Tammy’s followers didn’t like. People said that the video was vulgar and not suited for the show’s audience. Many of the fans were strongly against its language and questioned Tammy’s decision to post this. Few of the comments even said that there’s a difference between supporting the community and supporting trash. Besides, the TV star shouldn’t just promote someone just because they are from the LGBTQ community.

1000 Lb Sisters: Tammy Replies To All The Criticism & Justifies Her Actions

After the amount of criticism she received, Tammy Slaton decided to reply to them. In a comment on the post, she explained that she’s only trying to help out a fellow friend and member of the LGBTQ community. She wants to get their name out there and actually loves the song herself. Besides, she would also do the same for any small business or music artist in general. Slaton implied that she didn’t only share Charlie Xile’s work just because they’re a part of the community. This was also because she heard the song and liked it enough to promote it.

On the other hand, many other fans came to support the TV star as well. They reckoned that it’s her social media profile, and it’s her opinion whether to share a video or not. Besides, many people actually liked the song and wanted to support the creator. Also, it’s important to note that someone else’s opinion or interest doesn’t always relate to others. Even if people can’t relate to the contents of the video or don’t like it, there’s a limit to trolling. There are plenty of songs that have explicit language or content that still get love from people from around the world. Hence, it shouldn’t be wrong for Tammy to speak her mind out. A lot of the comments sent love to the music artist and Tammy and want her to keep being herself.
