Tammy Slaton from 1000 Lb Sisters is currently not keeping well. As per Thesun, she was suffering from pneumonia during a recent trip to Atlanta, Georgia. She took this six-hour-long road trip to Atlanta to film the promotion clip for the show’s season 5.
An insider disclosed that she acquired a lung infection merely days before her trip. This has resulted in serious issues as she was struggling to catch a breath. The pictures were then clicked outside her home in Kentucky. As per the pictures received by the outlet, the elder Slaton sibling was getting out of the passenger seat of a car.
Soon after climbing out of the car, Tammy grabbed the door to stop and took a few breaths. She even brought her hand close to her chest, indicating she was experiencing some sort of discomfort. The 1000 Lb Sisters star even had a forced walk after a couple of heavy breaths as she went inside her home.
Tammy was struggling to breathe outside her Kentucky home on October 6, while she headed off to Atlanta on October 9. During the trip, she shared being sick with pneumonia, perhaps explaining her breathing issues and forced walking.
1000 Lb Sisters: Tammy Slaton Arrested For Drugs!
Tammy Slaton’s illness came after the news of her arrest was surfacing on the internet. She was arrested merely a few days after her late husband, Caleb’s funeral. The 1000 Lb Sisters star has charges under her name for marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession on August 4.
As per reports, Tammy was riding in the passenger seat of a car that was pulled over for speeding. The police officer’s report disclosed that he could “smell marijuana” when he came closer to the vehicle. The reports also reveal that Tammy then admitted to having marijuana in her purse.
Her purse contained a glass jar with a little more than an ounce of mari*uana. The outlet also revealed that the charges on Tammy can be dropped if she continues staying on her good behavior.
