Apart from this, her bariatric surgery was successful, too. Since she got super mobile and doesn’t use a wheelchair anymore, she was reconsidering a lot of things in the new episode.
One of them was having kids with her and Caleb. Tammy mentioned the only reason why she didn’t want kids before was because she didn’t think she could do it because of her health. But now, the star is on a path of progress. In the same episode, Tammy and her sister Amy were with her as the elder sibling talked to the doctor.
Tammy even wondered if she was pregnant at that time. After all, she had been having some weird cravings. But fans thought it was too good to be true. Or it is also possible that the sheer excitement made the 1000 Lb Sisters star feel this way. The show started when she left rehab after 14 months while Caleb was still there. So, there was no chance of them conceiving.

They stuck to facts and revealed how Caleb was still wheelchair-bound and had a trach in his throat in the episodes. So, while the main cast mate was slowly inching towards progress and getting fit, her husband wasn’t. He was still in rehab and struggling to get better.
Hence, as per fans, it couldn’t have been a possibility that Caleb got Tammy pregnant. Around their wedding, fans had discussed how they would make things work in the bedroom. Their conclusion was that the couple should wait a bit more and get even more healthy before they try something of that sort.
Moreover, the episode was filmed almost a year ago. Since then, Tammy has been posting many pictures. Had she been pregnant, it would have been obvious by now. So, it is safe to say that she isn’t.
