It seems like in one sitting with the surgeon, her surgery was fixed.

In episode two of the show, Brittany revealed that she quit “sodies” to drop her weight. This was shocking to Dr. Smith because he knew she loved soda. He encouraged her to have the surgery, saying that it would help her in the long run. She laughed at how her husband reacted when she went cold turkey.
