Speaking of all the uncomfortable things Amber has done on camera, her toxic trait of controlling her kids’ lives is also one of them. After advising Jonah to break up with Ashley in the last season, she did something similar this season as well.
In a segment where Elizabeth was talking to Amber, she stated how the young couple is not getting along the way they used to. That’s when the Johnston mom told her daughter that life is “too short” to be waiting for someone “to change.” Fans thought Amber overstepped her boundaries by making such a harsh statement.
