Liz Johnston’s daughter, Leighton Drew Bolden, turned one month old on December 3, 2023. She had posted a slide show of moments of her daughter in her first month. It was adorable as it had photos and videos. Then, Liz’s sister and 7 Little Johnstons co-star Emma also joined in the celebration.
Emma Johnston also posted photos and a video for her niece’s 1-month Birthday on Instagram. In one photo, Emma was holding her baby niece, Leighton. The newborn was asleep on her aunt’s shoulder. Another photo was a closer shot of little Leighton.
The photo caption was, “I can’t believe, you’re 1 month old today since the first day I found out you were coming. i love your smile, little noises, crazy eye cross, & everything else pretty girl.” It was clear how much Emma was enjoying being an aunt.
Emma’s post also had a short video clip. The video was of baby Leighton lying on her back. And the camera was zooming in and out. The fans could hear Emma saying “hey” to the baby as she recorded the video.
Johnston hadn’t limited her comments, unlike her sister Liz. And so the 7 Little Johnstons fans took full advantage of this. They even went ahead to say that Liz might be unwell. And the reason is that fans have seen many photos of Amber and Trent caring for the baby.
Some fans also wondered if Liz was “okay with” the family sharing the baby’s photos. Another fan asked if the baby was also a little person. But other fans quickly shut the question down, saying it was rude.

It had photos and videos of the baby girl with various family members. Liz added a lengthy caption to the post describing Leighton as the “sweetest and happiest baby girl.”
The star had gushed about her darling girl in the caption. She wrote, “One month with our girl, Leighton Drew words can’t express how much we love you”.
