7 Little Johnstons: Jonah Johnston Thinks That His Parents Need To Be Little More Supportive

Amber doesn’t want to give any false hopes to her son. She wants Jonah to always think about his future while working on the present. The mother of five does not want to sit and tell Jonah that there will not be any problem in his future. Instead, she wants his son to know the bitter truth. The star claims that his car selling job does not have any consistency. But shouldn’t Jonah’s parents be a little more supportive and shower some positive words on their son’s first full-time job?

7 Little Johnstons: Jonah Wants To Prove His Parents Wrong!

Jonah has heard enough of his parents’ demotivated words. But thankfully, the star hasn’t lost a bit of hope. Jonah stated in the clip, “I’m just ambitious enough to prove you guys wrong.” Amber then interrupted in between, saying that she never said that Jonah needs to prove himself. Meanwhile, Trent tried another method to explain the situation to Jonah.

The father of five gave the example of Jonah’s grandfather. Trent said, “Most Americans these days will experience a layoff. He further added, “Your grandfather, 38 years that man worked for one place. 38 years. He came in one day, and they sent him home an hour after he got there that morning.”

Then, Jonah’s grandfather tried to get another job for 2 years. However, he failed every time. When Jonah’s grandfather got laid off, he was very old. And no one wanted to hire an older man and pay him the same amount he used to get before. However, the old guy still got a lot of bills to pay. So, Amber and Trent don’t want anything similar to happen with their son.

Jonah is young and energetic. He knows that he can work hard to meet his needs. However, Amber and Trent think that sometimes things can get out of hand. Jonah then disagreed with his parents and said that the car selling job will never be out of his control because people will always buy cars. Meanwhile, Jonah thought that his dad was arguing only because he wanted him to agree to his perspective, which is obviously not happening anytime soon. Let us wait to see whether Jonah be able to survive in a car selling job or not.
