Trent Johnston had taken to Facebook a few weeks ago to announce that his father “Poppy” had passed away. Poppy or Walter “Pete” Johnston passed away on April 3 at the age of 90. The family was thankful they were with him to celebrate his last birthday. But Poppy’s death had hit them hard. The kids missed their beloved grandfather, and Trent missed his dad.
He even took to Instagram to express his grief. In a new upload, the 7 Little Johnstons star posted an adorable and emotional snap. The photo was of baby Trent sleeping on a fluffy white pillow. Next to baby Trent, Poppy slept slightly lower. While Trent’s foot was on Poppy’s back, his little arm was under the latter’s head.
