Beth Rathbun was far from being a fan favorite after his 90 Day Fiance debut. In fact, another thing really alarmed the viewers. It was that his partner, Mahogany, was as old as his kids from a previous marriage. Even after his near and dear ones were against this relationship, the man traveled to Peru to unite with his lady love. It seems like the man has been landing himself in trouble on reality TV as well as personal life. Earlier in March, Rathburn faced an arrest after violating his probation.

Since then, another update has come into the limelight stating the Michigan resident is no longer a part of his workplace. TV Season & Spoilers reports that, as per his LinkedIn, he was working for Michigan Lupus Foundation. In fact, he held the position of Executive Director. Moreover, an account on Reddit reshared this news. Another post on the platform suggested that he was on “suspension” before the firing took place. It turns out Ben Rathbun was in jail around March 15 for being under the influence and driving with a suspended license. Some reports say that the charges against him were from 2020. Back then, the man was operating in the presence of illegal substances. Moreso, he also had a revoked/suspended license. Apparently, these abovementioned charges were from November 16, 2020. Later on, he again faced a probation charge in January 2021 for 18 months. Unfortunately, the TLC star didn’t show up for the court hearing. In fact, it was to happen on February 7. After these incidents, the Judge issued a bench warrant for the accused.

However, there were no severe consequences to these felonies due to Operating While Ability Impaired, i.e., OWAI. Eventually, popular 90 Day Fiance blogger John Yates gave confirmation that Ben had been “bonded out” and was “out of custody”. Yet, he still had a court hearing scheduled for March 21, 2022.
