It turns out that there was another American woman in her life, Bria. Together they conceived a child. However, she had to return to the US and have the baby there due to medical conditions. Alas, they couldn’t make the relationship work and got a divorce in 2019 after marrying in 2017. Apart from this, Biniyam’s ex, Bria, now has full custody of their child, Simon.
Well, Biniyam is willing to change that. As per Starcasm, he has a petition filed in order to Modify Custody and Establish Parenting Time. Moreover, it happened around September 2021, while Bria got served with the same in October. Until the case is settled, Biniyam’s ex wants him to abide by the Writ of Injunction. Apparently, the 90 Day Fiance star now has several restrictions on sharing anything about his son’s life anywhere, especially on the reality show. As per the latest updates, the open case now has hearings scheduled on October 26 and 27, 2022.

However, their storyline failed to draw the audience. In fact, there is speculation that TLC scripted one of their segments to spice up their journey. Apparently, it featured Biniyam training in a gym with a female MMA fighter while Ari walked in on him. Hence, viewers were quickly able to tell it was too good to be true and appeared scripted.
However, the previous episode didn’t have the couple’s journey. Therefore, fans began to wonder if Biniyam and Ariela were no longer in the show owing to the previous incident. Yet, the upcoming promo had both of them. Hence, viewers speculate that TLC didn’t showcase their segment in one episode to let the scripting controversy cool off.
