They spend most of their money going for trips in between their long-distance relationship.
Ron and Betty made the rules and told Julia that as long as they are living under their roof, they couldn’t sleep in the same bedroom. They also asked Julia to contribute two chores on the family farm. Since she was reluctant to take birth control, Brandon’s parents thought that keeping them apart was the best way to avoid pregnancy.
Julia made it clear in the beginning that she is going to try the farm Lifestyle out for about a month. But if she doesn’t like it there, she would go back to Russia. It turned out that she wasn’t a fan of getting dirty and performing various tasks on the farm. Living apart from her fiance was hard on Julia. One day she broke down and give Brandon an ultimatum.
