Deavan, Janelle, and Gabbie are at war ever since the “Girl S#!t” podcast went down. Teen Mom 2 alum collaborated with 90 Day Fiance alum Deavan Clegg in March. Back then, the situation was happy, and the girls were all excited for the podcast. However, things didn’t stay the same for too long. The podcast was dropped, and the pair fell out. Ever since then, Deavan has been accusing Janelle and Gabbie of bullying her. However, Janelle left no chance to clap back to the slams. It was more of a social media war. However, now it seems to take a legal turn.
As per TMZ, Lindsay Feldman of BrandBomb Marketing revealed that TLC personality is planning to take Janelle Evans to court on the charge of defamation and cyberstalking. Lindsay confirmed that Deavan has an appointment scheduled with her lawyer to file the lawsuit against Evans. She stated, “Deavan feels attacked and plans to hold everyone legally accountable.”
Meanwhile, the creator of the podcast, Chris McNelly, brought up the neutral stand. The creator said to In Touch Weekly, “At this point, we have not been notified of any legal action against our company.” He further added, “We have no involvement in the ongoing personal conflict between Deavan and Janelle, nor do we wish to.” The creator believes in moving on rather than dragging the war.

Recently, Janelle Evans took to her channel on Monday to discuss the topic, “All about the mystery of the girls’ podcast.” The 29-year-old revealed how Deavan messed the situation and played the blame game. Janelle wanted to put an end to the war once and for all. Although, the star referred to Deavan Clegg as the ‘pregnant girl’ in her YouTube video.
Janelle then slammed Deavan’s accuses and drama by bringing up the legitimate proof. Moreover, Janelle said that she and Deavan were friends, but they weren’t too close to each other. Janelle also dropped the allegation in her 44-minute video that Deavan stole her anti-anxiety medication. The Sun then reported Deavan hitting back the accused, saying she never used or stole Janelle’s anti-anxiety medication.
90 Day Fiance alum claims that she knew Janelle was on prescription because she always talked about Xanax. The 23-year-old added, “She is accusing me of doing Xanax, and stealing her Xanax hat is a crime, Janelle.” Indeed, the reality star is claiming to take Janelle to court because of the accuses she made towards her. She also stated that all her fans know Deavan will not take Xanax because that’s was the reason for her aunt’s death.
Deavan Clegg knows accusing someone of something which they haven’t done is illegal. Therefore, the star will drag MTV alum to the court on the term of lie and falsely accuse.
