The last 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way episode ended on a cliffhanger. That’s because Gabriel Paboga finally told his partner Isabel’s parents that he is trans. In a new Eonline promo for the new episode, he used the translator to tell them that he had been transitioning for a decade and that some of his friends also don’t know about his real gender identity. Hence, it was very tough for him to open up about such a thing. The castmate really wanted Isabel’s parents to know the “real” him.
At first, Isabel’s parents were quiet after the reveal. Her mother was the first one to answer with a “yes and no” when Gabe asked if they had something to say. The parents stated in their 90 Day Fiance confessional that they knew “very little” about the topic, so they couldn’t say much. Isabel’s father also said that he was “speechless” and felt “anxious.” Well, at last, the mother admired Gabe for his honesty and said it’s what’s on the “inside” that matters.
At last, Isabel’s religious father said that he was practicing “God’s teachings.” He stated that his religion teaches him to “not judge anyone” as only God can Judge. Hence, he wanted to support his daughter’s partner, not exile him. The side castmate also acknowledged that it must have been hard for Gabe to come out to them, and he respected that.
