While Danielle is in school to become a nurse, her ex-Mohammed has a family of his own. While the latter was recieving all the love and appreciation for doing so well for himself, that isn’t the case. Documents reveal that he has a state tax warrrant. What for? 90 Day Fiance: Mohamed In Trouble For Tax Warrant? Was It Because Of Danielle?
Mohamed began maintaining a lowkey life after his time on 90 Day Fiance ended. Fans do get a glimpse of him on social media but quite rarely. Hence, they often don’t know what he has been up to. As per some reports from InTouch, Mohamed owes as much as $391 in unpaid taxes. The state of Indiana hit him with this lien in 2021.
The court records also said that Mohamed also had a car loan due a little bit more than $7k, and the company had also sued him. But they dismissed the charges in 2022. Many fans began to wonder if Danielle Jbali would also be liable to the court. Many pointed out that Mohamed obtained a job only after his green card approval when he married Danielle.
But as per a tax consultant, the court holds ex-spouses responsible for such things only when they do taxes jointly. Well, 90 Day Fiance stars Mohamed and Danielle have been divorced for 5 years. But if they had an affidavit of support, Danielle could also have been in trouble for Moamed’s finances. But that isn’t the case.
90 Day Fiance: Can Mohamed Go To Jail For this?
Mohamed Jbali’s financial status was shocking. Many 90 Day Fiance fans didn’t see it coming. However, the tax consultant who revealed whether Danielle would also suffer because of Mohamed said the latter could face jail time. He could get arrested for defying the country’s rules and regulations.
Viewers were upset at this reveal. Mohamed has a wife and a kid to support now. Hence, he can’t go to jail with so much to lose. So far, he has not responded to this case, and fans are eagerly waiting to hear from him. But as usual, he has chosen to remain low-key and refrained from speaking about this publicly.
