Gino Palazzolo delayed filming Jasmine’s visa for several months. He even skipped mentioning her kids in the paperwork, which created huge difficulty with their visa. Jasmine is still waiting to reunite with her kids because of her ex’s mistake. She is living a comfortable and happy life away from her ex. The Panamanian native is raising her daughter with her baby daddy, Matt Branis.
However, some 90 Day Fiance fans believe Gino may still be responsible for the mother-daughter duo’s finances. Recently, some experts chatted with InTouch to share their opinions. Hence, they had to review the rules of the state of Michigan for a better understanding.
Elizabeth Ricci, Partner at Rambana & Ricci, also shed light on the matter. She noted that Gino’s still married to Jasmine, and he sponsored her K1 visa. She said, “considered the putative father [of her child], regardless of paternity, under Michigan law.” A putative child generally means a man whose relationship with the child has not been established.
Hence, Gino could be liable for the baby’s expenses and all the unpaid hospital bills. Jasmine’s pregnancy with Matt could have also affected her visa process. But she has already claimed that she got her visa papers a long time ago. So, fans have to wait for Jasmine to reveal if her ex still pays her money.
