Bilal explains that “Nikah” is not a legal bind in America. The 90 Day Fiance celebs say that he may not be “legally married” under American law. But in the eyes of Allah, his marriage is true. Meanwhile, the American marriage act of 1949 considers Nikah ceremonies as “non-qualifying.” Therefore, the couple will have to get legally married; otherwise, they aren’t husband and wife.
