They were madly in love and were willing to tie the knot until the former’s family objected to Jen’s age. Well, since then, she decided to move on and dump him, and they had a difficult conversation during the Tell All and confirmed their split.
Soon, Rishi found love again. Two months after the show aired his storyline, he introduced everyone to his new wife, Maria Ramirez. As mentioned before, Maria Ramirez went on a social media rampage and exposed all the truths she held back. She mentioned how it had been three months since she left her husband, Rishi. While saying so, she also bashed him for making her look like “the villain” or “the crazy one.” She was appreciative of his family still, and said they didn’t deserve someone as awful as him.
Well, Maria Ramirez ended up showing everyone the proof of all the abuse she had to face, especially the physical abuse. It had her swollen face and black eye. Everyone was in shock. While they never deemed Rishi to be an Angel, they didn’t imagine him to be a wife-ḃeater. The whole internet has been in shock since the reveal. Jen Boecher has responded to claims about her ex, Rishi Singh. He was recently accused of abusing his wife, Maria. Jen spoke out to clarify her own experience. In an Instagram story discussing the whole incident, Jen said Rishi never abused or cheated on her. According to the 90 Day Fiance, he was not violent during their time together. She said he was not a “wife-ḃeater.”
Jen said she didn’t know what happened with Maria and made it clear she couldn’t speak for their relationship. But she did not defend either of the two. Jen and Rishi appeared on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way. Their story included culture clashes and family pressure. Jen once criticized Rishi’s family for their views and hurtful comments. However, when she made her Instagram statement, one thing was clear:
Despite those challenges, Jen said Rishi treated her well. She shared her disappointment about whether he truly changed. Her message was clear, she only spoke for her own past. Many viewers found it offensive, especially when something so grim like abuse was being discussed. Yet Jen had the audacity to only speak about herself and not show any support for Maria.
