Jovi’s mother Gwen ask the couple about their wedding plans. She also added that his grandparents would love to see him getting married. But Yara was already clear on not having a Louisiana based wedding. She wanted to get married in Las Vegas. Yara pointed out that Gwen shouldn’t have been talking about the wedding so much when she knew what her answers going to be.
On the other hand, Gwen thought Yara was being selfish. She preferred that she would understand how crucial this wedding was to Jovi’s family. Well, selfish or not selfish, one thing is for sure. Yara complains way too much. Moreover, most of the complaints don’t really hold any validity!

When she was at the airport, Jovi tried to take Yara out on the town. But the Ukrainian fashionista doesn’t appreciate his action after spending 30 exhausting hours in flight. After reaching his apartment, Yara complained about how small it was. Moreover, she also called him unkempt after taking a look at the broken coffee table. When the couple was out on Bourbon Street, Yara slammed New Orleans as well as America in general.
Yara stated that Ukraine looks a lot better. She expressed her disappointment at America not being a sweet dream as she thought. She even expressed her disgust at how people even visit Bourbon Street.

Gwen made it clear that she is not going to keep quiet about how she feels about Yara. While she admits that Yara is pretty, she won’t watch her son make a mistake. Of course, the mum realizes why Jovi is attracted to Yara.
The reason Yara stated behind not wanting a family wedding is that her own family can’t be there. She doesn’t want her mum to be disappointed after looking at their wedding video and watching everyone have fun without her.
