In January 2025, a screenshot showing her arrest details became viral.
The cops took Leida late at night because of her domestic violence with a weapon. After the court issued a restraining order, she faced new charges within two weeks. Leida Margaretha just walked half clean from court after she got rid of some felony charges. This happened for the second time just months apart, which is unbelievable. Based on some official court papers sourced by Starcasm, she received the good news last Wednesday. So, hefty charges like wire fraud, theft, and bail jumping ultimately dissolved.
Due to the filing from the Wisconsin prosecutors, the judge immediately dismissed the felony case. The proof wasn’t enough for them to put Leida behind bars. In May 2024, she faced prison for the first time and was burdened with three counts of felony following her work in a business firm.
The complaint against Leida noted that all the charges are worth $14,473.92. The owner of the semi-tech business later clarified that they could transfer some of the funds back to the company’s bank accounts. She took money from an employer. Hence, those felony charges no longer exist except for one.
After Leida was involved in a physical altercation with Eric, the police confirmed that she was pregnant at the time. Therefore, she will continue to have domestic disorderly conduct upon her, after all, she ill-treated a pet and used a harmful knife.
