TMZ procured a 911 call that Chuck’s son made after he discovered his bleeding body. While it’s unconfirmed whether the man on the call was actually the 90 Day Fiance alum’s son, he rushed for immediate help. He contacted the 911 operator to describe what he saw. In the call, Libby’s brother explained that Chuck was lying in the bathtub with blood.

Apparently, Chuck’s son didn’t see any chance of him breathing, so he told the operator that he might have passed away. Chuck bled from his chest, making his son say he was clueless as to what had happened to him suddenly. The operator asked the man to turn him onto his side, and the man said Chuck was lying face down in the tub.

Just like Libby, Chuck’s other daughter, Rebecca, also honored him last month on social media with a devastating post. She wrote, “distorted into a place I don’t understand,” to describe how much her dad’s death affected her. Fans know he has always been open-hearted about his health issues, lastly begging for prayers before hernia surgery.

In September, Chuck underwent an eight-hour-long surgery to repair the hernia. But he also suffered from a collapsed stomach soon after that. Before the two, the reality star battled with cancer, which he freed himself from in 2017. It remains unknown if these health problems have cost him his life.
