Access Hollywood shared that the meeting went well and that Luke and Madelein loved the place. However, he told her that he would not share the property with her. ​Luke added that he will share one lot with her and register the other in his name. He continued that he is the only investor.

He further clarified that whatever they saw would be registered under his name only. In the confessional, he said that he does not want to lose half of everything if someday the couple decides to get a divorce. He further said that his fiance is a smart girl and she can get what she wants. Madelein was clearly agitated by his straightforwardness.
