TLC: OLIVIA HOPKINS

While Molly Hopkins appeared to be a loving mother during her time on 90 Day Fiance, this changed drastically. She hasn’t been on good terms with her daughter, Olivia. They have had trouble with one another in the past and struggle to get along. A recent incident also included Molly’s ex, Kelly. But now, there has been an update about Molly Hopkins being under arrest. This is not the first time that Olivia was arrested.

90 Day Fiance: Olivia Hopkins Under Arrest For Probation Violation!

Molly Hopkins has not just made headlines for being a 90 Day Fiance star but also for breaking the law. She has multiple charges and violations trailing behind her name. Well, the same is the case with her daughter Olivia. In fact, both of them have been in some physical altercations, too, and had to take the matters to court. Following this, an update from April 4 revealed that Olivia was behind bars again. She had to face an arrest for violating her “probation.”

She was under probation for 12 months after a battery charge involving her mother, Molly Hopkins. As per the reports, Olivia had struck the 90 Day Fiance star multiple times in the hard, even leaving a mark. She also kicked her in the leg. Olivia violated her probation on three counts. Well, Starcasm pointed out that the side 90 Day Fiance castmate failed to turn up for a Family Violence Intervention Program. She was supposed to do so in the first two weeks after her sentencing.

At the same time, Olivia also failed to get a drug test not once but twice at Cherokee County Drug Lab. She was also in possession of Fentanyl during February by “consumption.” The tests came out positive, as reported by QLabs. Hence, Olivia Hopkins was under arrest on April 4 because of these reasons.

90 Day Fiance: Molly Hopkins Files A Motion To Withdraw Her Guilty Charge Plea!

Only under a week before Olivia’s current arrest for probation violation, she had filed a motion. It was to withdraw her guilty plea for the battery case mentioned above. The paperwork listed the reasons for the withdrawal as the infectivity of the defendant’s attorney, Jeffrey M. Heller. The plea came into being without volunteering and knowing. There was no support or factual basis for the plea. Last but not least, the 90 Day Fiance star Molly Hopkins spoke of being under “undue force” and “intimidation” during the time of the plea.

This isn’t the first controversy involving the Hopkins family. Molly also took the matter to court after falling out with her best friend, Cynthia. As the latter started another clothing brand like LiviRae, the celebrity got a “temporary retaining order” for her ex-friend. At the same time, she also wanted to sue her for violating their “operating agreement.” But there have been no further updates regarding this case.
