The first picture was a mirror selfie where she wrote, “My breast augmentation and lipo diary.” The second photo revealed her getting her stitches out a day before she shared these photos.

On the next slide, Shekinah was lying on a hospital bed, captioning, “I always take a selfie before I go into surgery.” The fourth picture was taken during the surgery. “My first time getting lipo,” she wrote. The other picture showed her covered in bandages right after the procedure. It is followed by a picture of her daughter, Sofie, serving her food.

In her Instagram Story, she revealed that she would have her surgery the next day to finesse her nose a bit more.

Shekinah further explained that, since fans have seen her undergo nose surgery on the show, she returned to Turkey after two years. She said that she really needed some nice tuning because she isn’t beautiful, but Turkey is promising. She hoped that the fourth time would bring charm to her nose.
