She posted a story saying that two days ago she had her surgeries.

Shekinah also added that it was her first time getting lipo to reduce the volume in an area. She wrote, “I’m sore but healing.” Along with the caption, she posted a short clip of herself lying on a hospital bed, her body covered with bandages. ​In another story, she thanked her friends for taking care of her. “I love you girls so much,” she wrote. In the first picture, she took a mirror selfie and wrote, “My breast augmentation and lipo diary.” The second photo revealed she went in to get her stitches out a day before she posted these photos.

On the next slide, she was on a hospital bed, captioned: “I always take a selfie before I go into surgery.” The fourth photo was taken during the surgery. “My first time getting lipo,” she wrote. In another picture, she showed herself covered in bandages right after the surgery. The following slide showed her daughter serving her food. “My daughter Sofie made me amazing meals while I was healing,” she added.

In the seventh slide, she was seen resting with her dog, Adonis, and revealed that her dog stayed by her side while she was healing. The remaining slides focused on food deliveries, gifts, and friends sending her treats. In the post’s caption, she wrote, “A glimpse inside my surgery and healing from breast augmentation and stomach lipo with @drdavidekm.”

She concluded the post by announcing that she would soon share a reel on the same topic.
