It’s surprising to find people close to us can be so unpredictable. Hence, Angela must have felt when she found out about DJ Doug’s felonies. When everything seemed clear to the TLC fans, they were shocked to find one such news. Deem’s event coordinator, DJ, had committed a crime that no one could have imagined. The police issued a warrant against Doug for home invasion, armed robbery, cruelty to children, and felony murder.
One of the victims, Marcos Ramirez’s death, atrophied everyone. He was shot dead, and the police discovered gun-shot wounds on his body. Three more people, Kegan Bennett, Denver Wooten, and Verlyttia Ivory, participated in the crime. Denver is Doug’s son. Hence, the case has been going on against the criminals. Meanwhile, on May 2, Douglas pleaded guilty to felony murder per Starcasm. So, as a result of the plea, the charges against Doug have been changed to nolle prosequi.
Consequently, there is a possibility of parole. Yet, to attain parole, a person must serve 30 years in jail. Hence, Doug will be eligible for parole on January 7, 2051. Defendant Kegan Bennett has taken a similar deal following the same life sentence. Meanwhile, cases against Denver Wooten and Verlyttia Ivory are still open.
