Amid all this, viewers were in shock when Tom and Mariah claimed that they were being stalked. The former revealed that Rock Of Love Alum Daisy De La Hoya was after him, and her strange behavior was bothering the couple. Things escalated to the extent that the noted pair even had to involve the police to stay on the safer side.
Tom opens up to the police and narrates how Daisy ends up chasing him and Mariah, even in their car. She allegedly sat in the backseat of their ride. This came after the 90 Day FIance couple unlocked their vehicle as they were attempting to escape the situation quickly. Brooks claimed that Daisy refused to get out for almost “20 minutes,” and he had to call the police.
Soon, officers arrived at the scene, but no arrests were made. TMZ recently confirmed that Tom and Mariah have now requested the management to change their apartment and shift them to another building after this incident.

Tom told the police that Daisy not only got in his space but also sniffed him and declared her love for him. He claimed that the latter used to call out his name. The celeb recalled how she used to invite him for dinners, but he would clearly deny such offers. Brooks further said that a person from his maintenance team told him that Daisy learned Tom’s name from his appearance on the 90 Day Fiance franchise.
Tom even claimed that Daisy used to appear in the building wherever he was. He stated that the latter even followed him and Mariah when they were out for a walk. Brooks reported that Daisy asked him if she could call a Lyft or Uber for him. However, he ended up denying it again. Tom even shared a clip with the police in which his car incident was documented.
