There are mixed reactions to the potential romance, but will it really bloom without roadblocks? Well, that’s definitely not what Corrie’s history says!
Fans believe that Tyrone Dobbs, Kevin, Abi, and Cassie are better off as friends. They don’t want makers to ruin that bond. Talking to Reddit, some expressed their curiosity, while others are wary of repeated plots. Even one of the Coronation Street users wrote, “Iain MacLeod has an affair kink, he absolutely has this planned.”
Additionally, there are multiple concerns regarding the affair’s impact on Kevin and Cassie’s loved ones, especially Abi and her son Jack. While discussing the plot, commentators also question Cassie’s role in the show, as her character lacks depth. But let’s not forget she will be ‘dancing on thin ice’ if the scandalous affair works out.
