In a Get Ready With Me video, the Baylen Out Loud star discusses her weight-loss journey. As she applies her makeup, she discloses details about the weight-loss medication she is taking. Her GLP-1 variant is called Zepbound. She says she has been on it for six months and has seen quite good results. She reports losing over 12 pounds in those six months. Additionally, the drug has reduced food-related noise.
Baylen reveals the side effects of Zepbound. Nausea and exhaustion were what she experienced for the two days of taking the medication. Aside from the side effects that eventually subsided, it made her feel confident in her own skin. Moreover, she states, “just helping me get back to a rhythm and help me get me back to being myself without always being preoccupied about f–king food.”
The Baylen Out Loud star ended 2025 feeling more confident and comfortable in The Sarah Fraser Show podcast. Baylen shared her experience: “I am on a GLP-1, and I have lost weight, which has really gotten my confidence back,” she told the host. She added, “It’s been really nice to feel like I’m back in my own skin.”
Baylen also talked about GLP-1 for the first time on her social media. She said, “I recently started taking my GLP-1 about six months ago,” she said. “I’m on Zepbound, and I’ve lost 12 pounds, which is absolutely incredible.” She also noted that her “food noise has very much gone down.” On the show, fans saw Baylen’s doctor prescribe her the weight-loss medication. The TikToker has earlier revealed that the new Tourette’s medication makes her gain a lot of weight.
During the virtual interview, Baylen raised the issue of being called fat online. She spoke with Sarah Fraser and said that, even though the online body-shaming had affected her, she handles it much better now. “I didn’t need everyone commenting, telling me I gained weight. I already knew I had gained weight. None of my pants fit. I know, Susan, I know. You don’t need to tell me,” she said.
Baylen also urged her fans and viewers not to hate on her sister, Sammi. Baylen stated that she loves her sister and that Sammi doesn’t deserve any of the hate directed toward her.
