Baylen goes to a British pub to try local food. The Baylen Out Loud star is in London to try the anti-tic device. Her family and Colin accompany her. At the pub, everyone notices how quiet it is. Baylen reads the food items on the menu. “Spotted d**k” sets off her tics, and she yells out the word many times. This leads to some hilarious, low-key embarrassing moments for the family as others look at them.
The pub experience is putting Baylen at her limits. Julie and Allen say that trying British food is overstimulating for Baylen. Baylen tells the producers that she hopes she likes the food she tries. The TikToker decides to try bangers and mash. She asks someone else to order the fish and chips, and she also wants to try the bubble and squeak.
In a recent clip from TLC’s Baylen Out Loud, Colin and Allen make Viking knives as part of their bonding time. Neither Baylen nor Julie is in the clip. So it’s fair to assume it’s father-son-in-law bonding time. The clip shows them at the bladesmith workshop, surrounded by all kinds of equipment. Allen seems really happy to be there making knives. Colin, however, has a few thoughts about it.
In the clip, the bladesmith says that they will be making Viking knives. Allen seems pleased with the idea. In a confession to the producers, Colin states that he would never willingly choose to do so. But he knows Allen is “really stoked” to be doing this. “I don’t know why there always have ot be sharp objects when it’s just us two”, Colin jokes. He refers to a previous time when he and his dad had a conversation, and there were chainsaws around.
In the clip, the bladesmith explains how to work with the knife. Further, he tells how to shape the blade. Allen’s happiness is peaking, and he turns to Colin to say, “This is gonna be great. Colin replies that he has no idea what he is doing. Fans, as usual, are voicing their opinion about this bonding time. Some call Allen a fun dad. “Bonding moments sharing things that he loves is showing you his inner child,” someone wrote about Allen.
However, not every comment was kind to Colin. Someone called him too soft for not wanting to make a Viking knife. Another said, “Grow a pair, Colin.” Another praised him, saying, “Good for you getting out of your comfort zone. Joe Allen needs to have Colin pick an activity.” For more Baylen Out Loud updates, follow TV Season & Spoilers.
