Baylen Out Loud: Baylen Gets Airport Anx!ety, Colin Is Anxious Too

As Baylen Out Loud’s second season nears its end, Baylen travels to the UK with her family. The reason for the trip is to try a new anti-tic device. She is excited about the trip, but she also feels anxious about traveling. She is especially anxious in crowded airports. Even though Colin has been a pillar of strength for her, this time it looks like he won’t be too much help to her, as he, too, has flying anxiety.

Balen and Colin get anxiety right even before they get inside the airport. The long queues outside the airport made him exclaim, “How long are they?” This made her Baylen tell him that bringing it up wasn’t helping her. Baylen’s tics set in the airport. Colin manages to battle through for her sake. During the flight, she becomes super anxious and gets leglocked while moving down the aisle.

Baylen Out Loud: Baylen’s Parents React To Colin’s Flying Anx!ety

Baylen’s parents, Allen and Julie, sit down for a Baylen Out Loud confessional to talk about Colin’s anxiety. A recent travel plan revealed Colin’s anxiety about flying. The family and Colin are traveling to the UK to try on a new anti-tic device. Everyone is excited about the prospect and about visiting London. However, he says that he is nervous about flying.

Colin’s anxiety surprises Baylen’s parents. Allen thinks it’s ironic that he is anxious about flying. Considering he worked in the US Air Force, Allen thinks Colin’s anxiety and his job title don’t add up. He also adds that if he had anxiety about flying, he wouldn’t join the air force. Julie, however, denies that logic. She states that not everybody who works in the air force enjoys being in the air.

Allen retorts that, even with his anxiety, if Colin goes to work for the Air Force, he knows he will have to be in the air at some point. Allen’s logic is not wrong. Some fans also agreed with Allen. One wrote, “Allen’s had enough of Colin’s BS”. Julie was previously worried that Colin’s nervousness would rub off on Baylen during the travel. Fans think that they never have anything nice to say about Colin.

Other fans of the show think Allen is being rude when speaking about Colin’s anxiety like that. He clearly doesn’t like Colin and picks on him a lot. Another fan clarified that not everyone who works for the Air Force has to fly. “I worked for many Air Force Engineers who weren’t flying. Give poor Colin A break.
