Baylen says that silence and her tics do not go well together.

In the clip, Baylen is going to get paperwork done for her passport. The reality star plans to travel to the UK to try an anti-tic device, and she needs to get her passport. The clip shows Baylen being more independent and starting to do things by herself. As she walks from her car to the building, there is a “No Guns” sign that also triggers her tics. She says, “Oh my god, does it have to be in the front?,” as she enters the building.
