To this, Colin says yes. They give devastating statistics to him. They tell him that more than 80% of people who get their real estate license tend to move away from the industry in the next five years. This is worrisome since Baylen and Colin are getting married soon. They want a steady income so they are financially stable. In a confessional, she says this information makes her worry for her fiance.

She also says that there is a lot of potential to succeed in real estate, but there are also chances to completely fail. Moreover, Baylen isn’t the only one worried.
