In addition, in her Tik-Tok video, the Med celeb revealed her insecurities. The Bravo personality noted how the misfits are causing her stress and anxiety. Hence, there have been times when Courtney had to fake her confidence. So, it’s not all gold that Veale portrays. Looking for the best, the Below Deck alum shared a video on Instagram where she spoke about her new “fitness regime.”
The inspirational video showed Courtney Veale getting into her workout. More so, the Below Deck celebrity also noted that when she joined the gym five years, she did not know what she wanted. Hence, losing weight was her “top priority.” However, the reality star loosened up and would eat any meal that she wanted. More importantly, it included “junk.” Therefore, the Med favorite didn’t celebrate her body and disregarded her health and strength. But, over time, she has learned to respect her body, and now she sees fitness with a different mindset. Courtney has joined an online fitness coaching, Bobbie Be Fit.
The Below Deck star is only in the third week of her course, but she feels fresh and good. Courtney futher explained that by joining the coaching, the followers would get a personalized workout and meal plan. Besides, the coach would assist the people throughout the journey and the exercises. The fans are happy about Veale and her new workout plan. They cheered for Courtney for becoming the best version of herself.
