The critics have called the show better because it is leaning less into humor and more into the emotional quotient of the characters. The show has also received praises from the BDSM community. Viewers got to know more about Tiff and Pete’s backstory, along with the story of their complicated friendship. In the second season, Pete had contended with performing his Dom-based stand-up act on TV. Tiff doesn’t approve of any of that. Then comes a moment where Pete tells Tiff that he doesn’t own her. After this, the two of them decide to part ways. Tiff is also working on the issues he has with his mother while he tries to do better and understand why she is so resistant to love.
When Bonding Season 3 is released, we can expect to see best friends Pete and Tiff as their paths cross again. They will work out their differences. We might get to see Tiff’s relationship with her mother also evolve. However, what we do not know is whether it will become better or worse.
