Farrah accused Foppoli of assaulting her a while ago. The crime reported is listed by the police as “sexual battery.” As per People, the same Mayor of California has resigned after the allegations from 9 women, including Farrah. These women’s accusations varied from rape to unwanted exposure.
Meanwhile, Farrah’s attorney is happy with Mayor’s resign. Spencer quotes, “We are glad that the former mayor is starting to feel some of the repercussion of his actions.” Moreover, they wish the case to be handed over to the State Attorney to take strict actions against Foppoli. As per the reports, Foppoli stated in his resignation about Farrah falsely accusing him of the sexual assault to take advantage of the situation. The other four women spoke up in April, leading the other five to open later. Foppoli is still under investigation by Sonoma County Sheriff. One of the women even accused Foppoli of rape. She accused the former Mayor of drugging her on two occasions and then forced sex. Another woman stated that Foppoli exposed himself after getting drunk, without her consent. Sen. However, Foppoli does not accept the allegations which are charged against him.
