RadarOnline revealed that another person, Da’Shaun Williamson, was involved in the accident. Williamson has launched a lawsuit against Nic’s estate. And the suit blames Nic for the accident.
The suit blames Nic. It states that Williamson, and not Nic, had the right-of-way. However, the USA Network star didn’t obey the stop section at the intersection. This put Williamson in harm’s way. Nic was not “considering the traffic upon and conditions of the roadway,” which specified the speed limit.
Nic’s action caused Williamson’s injury. The Chrisley Knows Best star was also in an inebriated state. His actions caused Williamson injury, loss of money, and incurred medical bills. So Willaimson is suing the star’s estate for $25k for his losses.

The legal limit is 0.08%, so Nic was way over it. All the latest reports came on Thursday, November 6, after the Nashville Medical examiner’s Toxicology tests.
Since the initial cause had been ‘blunt force trauma,’ this news shocked the fans. They still mourn the loss of such a great soul. However, many fans are still in shock over the latest development. They can’t believe it is true.
