Chrisley Knows Best Star Kyle Chrisley was charged by his wife for threatening her life. Recently the celebrity got a massive sigh of relief after the charges against him were dropped. According to reports, Alexus Whilby, his ex-wife, told law enforcement about the text message Kyle sent him back in 2019. The statement read that Kyle would “go to the streets” and “take care of this problem” with Alexus. When Whilby asked the celebrity whether it was a death threat, he allegedly responded, “Yes.” The controversial star also sent a picture of himself pointing a gun at his head.
DeKalb County District Attorney’s office, Georgia, has decided to drop charges against Kyle after keen investigations and discussion with the victim. Alexus initially reported the threats to the cops but later refused to cooperate with the prosecution. Hence, Kyle is no longer facing jail time in this case. He does, however, have other legal difficulties to deal with. The celebrity was again detained in Tennessee in March 2023 for aggravated assault. He purportedly threatened to kill his supervisor at a trucking company with a knife.

They were convicted in November 2022 and started serving their sentences in January 2023. Todd has a 12-year term, while Julie received a sentence of 7 years.
