Kyle Chrisley, the alum of Chrisley Knows Best, is in legal trouble with assault and public intoxication charges. The authorities arrested him in Tennessee to press charges against him. Todd’s first child and son with his first wife, Terry, is back in the headlines with his domestic violence. Last year, he had abused his coworker at work.
The coworker happened to share the pictures of his injuries to claim that Kyle had attacked him. Before the harassment incident, Savannah’s brother had been in jail for drug possession and other domestic disputes. One of those was intriguing since a mechanic came forward to blame him for an aggravated altercation with a weapon. But the reality star maintained he was the victim. What charges does he have now? Did he get bail?

Kyle’s only biological daughter, Chloe, is under the care of his family. The Chrisley Knows Best celeb’s inability to meet or visit her came from the legal adoption of her by his own parents, Todd and Julie. The couple has to adopt their granddaughter legally because their son was entangled in legal matters, and her mom allegedly turned her back on her daughter.
Before Julie and Todd surrendered to their respective federal prison facilities, they awarded Savannah with guardianship of Chloe. Therefore, she didn’t permit Kyle to have visitation with his girl. Savannah was given the right to decide who can contact Chloe. As of 2025, the father couldn’t access his biological child, attributing it to his sister’s desire to protect her niece(sister). She wanted Chloe to be untouched by Kyle’s past behavioral issues.
A wide array of charges are on Kyle Chrisley with his arrest in Tennessee on December 20 at around 7 pm by the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office. That night itself, the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center booked him for domestic assault, public intoxication, and disorderly conduct. Additionally, the Chrisley Knows Best star has three charges for assaulting a first responder and resisting arrest.

TMZ is the original source for the news about Kyle’s arrest and press charges. Because of his earlier retaliation, he repeatedly faced three charges stemming from his past actions. This means he might have hurt or scared someone who came to him to destroy him. So, the Sheriff’s department didn’t share further details about the circumstances of his charges.
Kyle, after so many run-ins with the law, had been handcuffed again. A year ago, the aggravated assault by him was responded to by him by suing Rutherford County and two sheriff deputies. He and his wife, Ashleigh, reportedly asked the court for $1.7 million in compensation for his wrongful arrest. The lawsuit opened up with a disgruntled mechanic claiming a payment dispute.
In March 2023, Kyke’s felony assault charge came from a truck rental company in Tennessee. He was freed after posting $3k bond. The Saturday night arrest has made Entertainment Tonight approach the Chrisley family for comments on Kyle’s arrest. Also, TMZ reached out to his legal representative, but no one has responded yet.
