She revealed how one of her clients had only been able to enjoy guacamole but missed eating chips. So, Stephanie recorded herself chewing both these items together and spitting them out in a bag, and sending it to the customer with a handwritten note and a lipstick mark on her paper. The star went on to reveal how this act has a name, and it’s called “mama birding,” the same way birds feed their kids worms.
