Coronation Street spoilers promise a much-anticipated comeback of Corrie heartthrob Ryan Connor. Back in December, Ryan exited Dales after his affair with Daisy Midgeley was exposed. He moved to Glasgow with his new girlfriend, Crystal. Now, he is gearing up to re-appear on the show anytime soon.
Actor Ryan Prescott sealed the news by sharing that he has already started filming. He stated, “Filming is six to eight weeks ahead of transmission, so I’ve been back a month, and so it’s soon, yeah. But sometimes they stretch it out a little bit.” The soap star also teased his character’s upcoming storyline.
Following the revelation of Daisy Ryan’s affair and Ryan’s exit, Daniel Osbourne chose to split with his fiancee Daisy. Thereafter, he soon jumped back to his ex-Bethany. He expressed, “I think when you have been through something to the degree of trauma that they have together, there’s an invisible, everlasting bond.”
The Corrie actor admits that his character left right in the middle of it all. He continued, “So, lots of room for something to happen there.” Additionally, Ryan hoped that in the future storyline, there would be ‘happy moments’ for his character. He added, “ I would love to see Ryan work through the trauma that he experienced last year.”
