Jessica stated the reason for divorce as, “Defendant has subjected the Plaintiff to personal indignities destroying the legitimate ends of the marriage such that the Plaintiff can no longer reside with the Defendant as man and wife.”

Instead of fighting against the allegations, Jessica Seewald’s estranged husband, Dwight Phillip Lester, has agreed to all of them. Dwight’s response to the filing stated that he “admits all of the allegations contained” in the divorce file. Also, the star took his stand, waving his right to “plead, answer or appear.” The letter filing quoted, “I hereby waive the issuance, service, and return of process upon me in this action, and enter a voluntary appearance in this cause and submit personally to the jurisdiction of the court.” Dwight also cleared his stand by saying that he has never been involved in any domestic relations with Jessica or anyone else.
Jessica’s estranged husband also claimed in his filing that the divorce is “unconsented.” It means that both do not disagree on finances or any other divorce-related issues. Dwight wanted the court to grant Jessica’s plea. Indeed, the public figure is not making any effort to save his marriage.
